I started building my company back in year 2000. I am in a real estate business. My first project was an 8,000-squarefoot contemporary home. In my area here in Shreveport, Louisiana, contemporary houses has been a part of a selling factor since it is scarce. I realized from talking to people everyday that they are ready for something beyond traditional. That's what gave me the urge to be in this business -- to build something different.
Another part of my selling key is having each of the houses fully furnished. I have seen it worked well with the buyer. I believe they embrace the idea of not having to worry about how they are going to furnish and decorate their new house. So I am searching for contemporary products with reasonable prices to enable me to continue to meet my goal.
